Florence Green Juice

When I was in Italy this summer I ate tons of pasta and bread, obviously! But I did stumble upon this adorable juice bar in Florence that served this refreshing green juice. I went back several times to during my stay to get in my dose of daily greens. The taste was unique I got the recipe and replicated it when I got home. Here is a little taste of Italy for you.

Ingredients

1 bulb of Fennel
1 Apple
1 head of Celery
½ lemon
4-5 mint leaves
