Pear Smoothie
I'm not a huge fan of pears in general so I was taken by surprise when my boyfriend put together this smoothie and I loved it! The combination of flavors is delicious, and it has quickly become my new favorite smoothie. Below is the basic recipe, you can also add in a fiber mixture or chia seeds without it changing the taste.

Ingredients
- 1 Pear
- 1 cup of Kale
- ½ cup of frozen Pineapple
- 1 scoop of Superfood Protein (sold at our office)
- Almond or Coconut Milk
- Ice
- Stevia to taste (optional)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a high powered blender and process until smooth
