Yucca "Bagel" Chips
This recipe was a bit of an accident. I was intending to make yucca chips, however I left them in the oven for too long. When I finally got them out many of them were burnt around the edges. I figured they were ruined, but when I tried one they tasted just like a bagel chip! Now I haven't had an actual bagel chip in forever, but I do remember how tasty they were. And I have to say these pretty much taste the same. Since these yucca chips end up being so crispy they make the perfect snack to throw in a little zip lock bag and carry with you. Definitely give this recipe a try if you are craving something salty and crunchy.

Ingredients
- Yucca
- Olive Oil
- Garlic Powder
- Himalayan Salt
Instructions
- Peel and Slice Yucca and lay out on baking sheet
- Combine with Olive Oil, Garlic Powder, and Himalayan Salt
- Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes until crispy
