Chia Seed Blueberry Bowl
This makes a great breakfast that you can easily prepare the night before, and even bring with you to work. The chia seeds will keep you full for hours! A great way to start your day, and much healthier then that bowl of cereal.

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp of Chia Seeds
- 1 cup of Almond Milk
- ⅓ of a cup of frozen or fresh organic Blueberries
- Stevia
Instructions
- Add chia seeds and almond milk to a bowl and let sit for an hour, or can lever overnight as well.
- Add stevia to taste and top with blueberries.
