Garlic Roasted Parsnip Chips
When I made this recipe I was purely experimenting. I had no idea how it would turn out. And I have to admit it turned out pretty freaking amazing! Yes it tastes as good as it looks. In fact shortly after taking this picture I devoured the entire batch that I had made. This is now one of my favorite go to snacks, especially when I am craving something salty and satisfying.

Ingredients
- Parsnips sliced
- Garlic Powder
- Himalayan salt
- Olive Oil
Instructions
- Spread out sliced parsnips evenly on baking sheet and coat with garlic powder, himalayan salt, and olive oil.
- Bake at 359 for about 20 minutes or until parsnips start to brown slightly.
